Candice is a tenacious optimist and a behavioural change specialist, coaching leaders with a mighty mission to build and raise a regenerative future. From CEO’s in a multimillion dollar renewables funds to create more inclusion for women to coaching co-founders disrupting the nappy industry with a fully circular solution, Candice has over 25 years of being at the leading edge of people and technology. As a coach, Candice works with the whole body, fostering extensive skills and tools to improve focus, creativity, collaboration, and trust. As a facilitator, Candice cultivates spaces of high psychological safety, allowing creativity to thrive and healthy conflict to nurture positive progress.
