Three Day Immersion

This three day immersion is an invitation to step out of everyday life, listen deeply to yourself, and create space for what wants to emerge next. This guide is here to help you prepare practically, physically, and emotionally so you can arrive feeling grounded, supported, and ready for the experience.

    • What called me to this experience

    • What are my intentions for this experience

    • What am I looking to get out of this experience

    • What do I wish to know or understand more clearly

    • What do I need from this experience to support what I want next in my life

    • If this experience took me to the next level of goodness for me, what would my day-to-day life look and feel like

You do not need perfect answers. Simply let yourself right whatever comes to mind first and go with it. It is as important you cleanse as you do make sense of your thoughts.

  • In the week before the immersion, you are invited to:

    • Reduce stress and busyness where possible

    • Gently reduce digital screens and distractions such as social media and constant emails

    • Eat and drink as clean as you can, with more whole foods and plenty of water

    • Tidy or clean your home so it feels welcoming when you return

    • Give yourself plenty of time to pack so you are not rushing

  • If it feels right for your body and you have no medical concerns, you may choose to do a twenty-four-hour water fast before starting the main day. This is completely your choice. If you have any health conditions, please check with a health professional first.

  • Here are some items you may wish to bring:

    • Comfortable clothes for relaxing and moving

    • Outdoor clothes suitable for walking and the weather

    • Swimmers for spa or swimming

    • A warm layer for evenings around the fire

    • Blanket and pillow if you have favourites you love

    • Yoga mat

    • Personal items you may wish to place on the altar such as small objects or meaningful items

    • Notepad and pen

    • Flowers or items from the land if you feel called

    • Cards, letters or photographs that feel important to your journey

  • Please let me know

    • Your fruit preferences

    • Any allergies

    • Any foods you do not eat

    • Keep things simple and gentle for a few days

    • Eat as clean as possible

    • Be gentle with stimulants such as alcohol, caffeine and sugar

    • Keep journaling where it feels good to do so

    • Avoid oversharing your experience until you are confident it has fully integrated, which can take up to 3 weeks or more

  • Releasing, clearing, and returning what is complete back to the earth.

We will gather at the fire for around two hours to honour ancient traditions and create a clear moment of release.

You will be invited to use sticks and written notes as tangible symbols of what you are ready to let go of.

This experience is gentle, quiet and deeply calming as an experience.
